Comments about Gander Mountain 20° Kids Mummy Bag:
Have to agree with one of the other reviewers. This is a really low quality product. We bought two of these sleeping bags about a month ago and after only two weeks of usage they already looked horrible. Seams are opening up, velcro hooks on to the fabric an ruins it, etc. I would definitely NOT buy this sleeping bag for my kids again.

Comments about Gander Mountain 20° Kids Mummy Bag:
Great for our 6 year old, 51". Not long enough for our 54" tall, 8 year old; although dimensions read 66". Light weight and warm! Pink! They can carry it themselves!

Comments about Gander Mountain 20° Kids Mummy Bag:
This sleeping bag photographs well, but when you come face-to-face, you see its flaws. Really the bag is worse than most slumber party sleeping bags from big box retailers. It's worse, in part, because it pretends to be suitable for camping.
The polyester fill is cheap and insufficient. The 20 degree temperature rating must be CELSIUS and not Fahrenheit. This bag would never keep someone comfortable down to 20°F.
The shell material is super flimsy. And even the stitching on the one we received was botched.
Don't be deceived. This is not a hot deal. This is a hot mess. It is a cheap import (with some non-descript import brand), and I cannot understand why Gander Mountain would diminish the quality of their brand by claiming it as theirs on the website.
Stay away.

Q:
how heavy is it?Asked on 11/14/2010 by Anonymous2 answers
A:
I found this bag at the store. The 2.5 pounds mentioned in the description is the fill weight. So it weighs more than that.Answered on 3/2/2011 by J from Grand Rapids, MIA:
