                      7/0 is the big hook. I use 5/0 to 7/0 in salt water. Anything you can get to stay on the hook. I have used squid and chunk bait.

                      Not quite! The higher the number the smaller the hook is except when it is in the format of as examples: 3/0 or 7/0. Hooks like this get larger as the number grows.
