Designed with the serious upland hunter in mind, the GSX Upland Jacket is built to withstand even the gnarliest bird covers. Woven from a rugged 71% cotton, 29% polyester canvas fabric blend, the jacket body is fully mesh-lined for maximum ventilation, and the sleeves are taffeta-lined for smooth on and off. Reinforced stitching in high-wear areas further enhances durability. Quilted shooting patches at both shoulders help absorb recoil. The shooting patches have hidden gel pad pockets which accept Gander Reactor pads (not included) for further reducing recoil. A brush guard on the forearms offers added protection when the going gets really tough. The mock-neck collar, full-length front zipper, and storm flap with hidden snap closure combine to fend off chilly air. Articulated sleeves offer greater freedom when you're on the move, while the partial elastic cuffs adjust easily with hook-and-loop tabs for a snug fit. Blaze Orange coloration increases visibility and safety when hunting with your friends. Plus, there's plenty of storage space to hold all your gear, including: easy-access bellowed cargo pockets with hidden snap closures and interior shell loops (pockets can easily accommodate a box of shells); hidden handwarmer pockets; an internal patch pocket; water bottle pockets in back; and convenient pass-through pockets in front for easy access to the game bag.
