Gave it to a friend as a gift.
He took it hunting and it didn't work.
The blood trail light should luminate the blood trail while tracking your deer, not turn the blood black. shortly after that the same first night, the on off switch broke.
too expensive for this to happen.

I had purchased this light for use in my auto but decided on a more powerful light. I returned the light to GM for a really no hassle refund. Doing business with GM has always been a satisfying experience.
This light would be perfect for personal carry and is extremely bright and versitle.

The headlamp is the saving grace in this combo. It's a nice lightweight, energy-efficient unit. Light output is good for its size. Has not failed, nor has it required a battery change (over a year) and it gets used fairly often. It's a nice unit by itself but not worth the cost of the combo.

The flashlight in this combo sucks. The light started intermittently failing after the 2nd use. Light output is also extremely over-rated. I know the advertised output is peak output and is not constant but still this thing is much over-rated. I have other flashlights that are rated less and yet puts out more light. I keep it as a backup to the headlamp and for the kids to play with.

Very bright light is produced on high beam. Very versatile flashlight with various color lights. The included headlamp is also very bright. A good value for the price.

The newspaper ad had the item numbers for this product and a similar product (without the storage bag) transposed. When I realized the advertisement mistake, I called customer service to change the order that I had completed on line. Customer service was very efficient and helpful. The product shipped quickly! It is a handy little unit for outdoor activities.

Fantastic combo. Flashlight is bright and appears to be well constructed and headlamp is not bulky and provides ample light. I also like all the different options available on the flashlight.

super bright light, i like the high/low feature of the white light. The self defense strob is the third push of the button. high, low, then strob. red, green, blue are good although the green on mine failed after the first day. there are cheaper versions of tactical flashlights using the cree LED.
