Comments about Frabill Straight Line 24" Ultra-Light Combo:
Great idea but, I am used to a drag system to help in the fight of bigger panfish when using 1 or 2 Lb test lines.
The line should come off the top of the reel to be more in line with the rod guides. Back to the drawing board boys!!!

If you look it up on-line you will see that you can switch from right to left hand. There is a lil switch on the reel witch can be poped out then take the metal spring out flip the handle then replace the same way you took it apart.

Sweet smooth reel, nice flex in the rod. You can switch it to left hand. Google it on youtube not too hard.

Comments about Frabill Straight Line 24" Ultra-Light Combo:
Reel is light and a good idea but not practical in current form. First off the line comes off the bottom of the reel spool for a not so friction free design. Because the spool is part of 1 side plate the drag is engaged either on the fall, or you fight it on the retrieve. The drag is smooth but if u have your hand on the handle to turn there is no drag. One option is to remove the bearing all together and free spool without any drag and feather the spool. Also the spool holds a ton of line especially if you use 2 or 4 lb test, yes you can put on a bunch of backing but why not just make it correct.
