The speed signal required to calculate the MPG reading is obtained from your GPS or Loran systems NMEA 0183 output. The direct display of nautical Miles Per Gallon over the ground gives you a powerful new tool to set optimum fuel efficiency under all conditions and to determine precisely how you can go with your remaining fuel. The 9000 provides a simultaneous, independent display of Engine Hours, RPM, GPH or MPG and Total Gallons Used. Dual color backlighting of LCD provides for easy night vision. One year warranty.
