Installation relatively easy. They recommend an in-line fuel filter ahead of the meter, but wasn't that big of a deal. Haven't had the chance to accurately verify its accuracy but from all indications it seems to right on target as a fuel tank gauge. The read-out is easy to see even in bright sunlight. The gal/hr readout does help manage fuel consumption. The controls are easy to use and reset.

Faria did their homework on this Fuel Flow Gauge, it really is a nice product, looks high quality and feels high quality, but better then that this product is high quality. I could not have found a better gauge then this one. Thank you Faria!

        Comments about Faria® Fuel Manager:

The installation went fine. The accuracy of the fuel manager is still to be determined. The first time out it registered that I had used 11 gallons but when I fueled up I had only used 4.7 gallons. I will give it another try and double check the numbers.

                  Comments about Faria® Fuel Manager:

I installed the fuel manager as instructed, in fact due to the blog I installed a water trap and fuel filter BEFORE the fuel manager sender unit, to ensure that there was no way that dirt or water would effect the impeller and distort the reading.
It worked well for the first 1.5 hours (registering 40.5 litres of fuel used) and then on the return trip we miraculously only used 1.8 litres!)!
The reason for me purchasing the fuel manager is because I have an in-built fuel tank and the manufacturer has been unable to calibrate the tank gauge accurately.
Here's to a complete waste of time and money!
I find it hard to believe that Overtons endorse the sale of this product given the obvious issues that have been well documented on the Overtons site reviews!

The pictures of your displays show fuel to the tenth of a gallon, is its accuracy to the tenth of a gallon or to the closest half a gallon? I am curious as I am wanting to use this to make my trips as efficient as possible.
