Fabarm semi-automatic shotguns use a robust and simple gas operating system, with fewer parts than other gas operated shotguns, making them easy to clean and maintain. The recoil spring surrounds the magazine tube and works in the same axis and parallel to the barrel ensuring the balance of the gun remains unchanged during firing. By using such a rugged and simple design, Lion shotguns function reliably with standard 12 gauge shells without adjustment whether they're 2 3/4-inch target loads or powerful 3-inch magnums. The Max Lion is the high-end model of the Fabarm semi-auto line, featuring a beautiful oil-finished deluxe wood stock with a matte blued barrel and receiver with gold accents and a gold-plated trigger. This fine Italian-made shotgun has a Raybar front bead sight, a trigger guard safety, and an aftermarket stock spacer and comes with a set of five screw-in choke tubes (F/M/IM/C/IC) and the original factory hard case. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
