Product Description
edge_by_expedite Edge's Canadian Goose Magnet Decoy attracts overhead geese looking for a place to land, with its true-to life feathering and coloration. The decoy's injection-molded polystyrene head is highly detailed and extremely durable, and paint is bonded to the head ensuring years of use. Wing struts are injection-molded and treated to be impervious to heat and cold, making the decoy perfect for all hunting conditions. The body and wings feature Ironhide, a spun-bound fabric that becomes stronger with use and wears like iron. The decoy folds to a compact size for convenient portability and works well with Expedite's Graphite Mounting Poles or 0.5" conduit stakes (not included). 43.5"h x 8"w x 26.5"d. 0.84 lbs. Assembly required.

I am going to put on my own garden stakes, I am pretty happy with the design more life like than a lot of the other "landing" goose decoys out there. The thing that I was a little disappointed in is how you see the wings in the picture and how bent they are not really like that on the decoy. But all in all very pleased with the decoy.

i order 3 a couple years ago. No they dont have flocked heads. I will never take them in the field again. They are just a part of the DONT USE ANYMORE hunting gear. Head shine on them. If you flock yourself im sure it will be better. Scared geese away a few times for us. Geese dont just hover in mid air like its cool. Its as fake looking as it comes. You may be able to fool early season lessers with it. Maybe, but im not going to ruin my hunt. Dont let price fool you. 2 star, and thats only bc its a 1/2 of a good idea.

Not sure how effective these are. Had 2 magnets out last weekend with 4 dozen shell decoys. Had three separate flocks flare at about 60 yards. I can't be sure if they flared because of the magnets or if they saw us in the blinds. In previous hunts without the magnets these birds typically would have came right in. It didn't help the wind was only blowing 5-10 mph. They might be more effective with more wind. I can't say whether or not these are good. Might be better off just using a T-flag. They might be more effective with a larger spread and windier conditions. You will definitely need to be gentle with these because of the flocked heads and the material is just Tyvek house wrap so it's very thin. Also, will need to buy 1/2" conduit pole for them to sit on.

        This product is genuinely phenomenal.

        I've hunted over every kind of motion decoy and they finally nailed it.

        With a zero to minimal wind, these decoys look impressive set in front of your landing zone. With minimal wind they have a little wiggle and continue to enhance many decoy spreads. With a good wind blow – they really come to life, making the most hardened geese interested in your display!!!

        Hats off to the manufacturer. I don't know how this can be improved on.

          Don't listen to the other comments. These decoys do have flocked heads. I have this decoy in drake, hen and canada and they all seem very life like. There must be wind for them to work, and they do not come with a pole, but I just bought 1/2 conduit and wrapped it in camo duck tape.
