Comments about Garelick EEz-In Inboard/Outboard Transom Platform with Two-Step Telescoping Ladder:
I like the product but the ladder leaves something to desire. It is hard to get the ladder up and in the stow position while in the boat. I like the ladder but wish it stowed from the top.

Q:
I have a 1988 or 1989 bayliner with 125 outboard will this attach directly to the boat or do i need a mounting kit as well thanksAsked on 6/16/2012 by Anonymous0 answers
Q:
I have a 18Ft 3 inch Lund boat with a 115 Mercury motor on it. Will your platform fit this boat and can it be installed on this boat?Asked on 4/13/2011 by Michael from Columbus, N C1 answer
A:
Please refer to the measurements for the platform to find out if it will work for your application. Nothing exists for us to look up anyone's make model and year of their boat and tell them anything about it. It would be a lot easier if there was.Answered on 6/8/2011 by Justin from Overtons
Q:
How does this ladder perform on a transom with a negative angle (i.e. slants down and forward)? Does the platform slope down and out? Can it be mounted to compensate for any angle?Asked on 8/18/2009 by Todd from Blue Springs, MO1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
The platform does not typically slant. The support poles are flexible to adjust with about an inch of play. It will depend on the angle that your transom slants at. If it is a drastic slant then this will probably not work like one would want it to, but if the slant is subtle then there is a good chance you could angle it to where the platform is level. We would prefer to talk to you if you have a slanting transom over the phone to be able to ask you some questions to figure out if it would work on your application. If you have a question similar to this please call our technical department at 1-888-683-7866.Answered on 9/14/2009 by JUSTIN from OVERTONS TECHNICIAN
Q:
Can you leave the ladder down while you are tubing and just driving around?Asked on 8/9/2009 by Brenda from michigan1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
That is not recommended because it will create drag when the boat is moving and put strain on the supports, and could end up leaving the whole platform at the bottom of the body of water you are driving in.Answered on 9/21/2009 by JUSTIN from OVERTONS TECHNICIAN
Q:
What is the measurement of the top of the handle to the platform?
Thanks,
Tracy
I will order this when I get an answer.Asked on 7/22/2009 by Anonymous from Seacost, NH1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Well there isn't a definitive answer for that because the handles have a little flex in them so it could be anywhere between 13-16 inches tall, and you can bend them to adjust if need be.Answered on 12/7/2009 by Justin from Overton's Technician
Q:
Will the Windline 4 step ladder mount onto this EEz-In swim platformAsked on 7/12/2009 by Gary from Bakersfield, CA1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
It is not recommended that you mount a separate ladder to this platform.Answered on 7/21/2009 by Ryan from Overtons
Q:
How does this ladder fit the curve of the back of the boat?
How high on the boat does it mount?Asked on 7/8/2009 by Anonymous1 answer
CUSTOMER CARE
A:
Most transoms that have any curve to them are slight and shouldn't affect the mount of this ladder. The height should be determined by where the water line fall on the boat. You don't want to have the platform mounted below the water line. Please contact our tech department (1-800-334-6541) for further instructions/questions regarding installation of this ladder.Answered on 7/13/2009 by Ryan from Overtons
