Doozie Boat House Lifts with Overhead Beams are designed to lift boat from above, under a roof, these lifts hang on overhead steel beams. Pontoon Lifts include vertical risers that support the deck instead of the pontoons. Additional shipping charges are due when ordered.

really need better installation instructions as the ones supplied are very vague and you have to guess a lot. I did call the manufacturer though, and they are very helpful.
