Comments about Dockmate® Wide Step Dock Lift Ladder, 4-Step:
This wasn't too difficult to install. I'm having a problem getting it to release in the slide track after use. Maybe because it's new and just needs to loosen up. Love the 4" steps. Very nice looking too.

Comments about Dockmate® Wide Step Dock Lift Ladder, 4-Step:
The moveable steps would not pull off of the hanger ledges until I bent the back of the steps slightly outward to match the angle of the ledges. Now it securely catches on the ledge and comes right off.

Comments about Dockmate® Wide Step Dock Lift Ladder, 4-Step:
I bought the ladder for our floating dock on a private lake. I love the looks of the ladder. Had to drill extra holes to secure lower portion to keep the step out of the water. Should have come that way from the factory to accomodate different dock heights. The wide steps are great, however, very hard to pull up and secure and or remove from ledge. Too much to return and pay a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. My mistake
