    I bought 2 15 foot ropes, this and the Dockmate Premium Double Braid Nylon Dock Line. The other line was a few dollars more, but seems to be made better. After using for a month to tie my 18 foot boat to my dock, this line has started to come apart at one end while the other is like new. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I plan on buying another of the Dockmate Premium Double Braid Nylon Dock Lines to replace this one.

        My Pontoon had broken away from the dock because of poor quality rope. This is very substantial and should hold through the storms that hit my dock regularly.
