I bought a pair of these boat fenders in forest green, and they are just perfect for use in my fishing boat. The price can't be beat for this quality. They look great and keep my new boat from rubbing on landing docks during launching and docking. I would certainly recommend them to others.

nice sized fender that won't mark boat. flexible enough to prevent damage to boat but solid enough to hold boat away from other objects

                  A:

At least 2 per side, some people use 3. It also depends on it you have a cleat or rail to tie off to at various locations.

The minimum would be two depending on the size you order. I like the 6.5 X 23.

Depending on the style of boat at least two. Sometimes you can't use one in the front of the boat.
