Prevent expensive damage to boat and dock and protect your hull against unsightly scratches and hard-to-remove scuff marks with Dockmate Profiles. Dockmate Profiles are constructed of flexible, marine-grade PVC which will not chip or crack from temperature extremes and are unaffected by oil, gas, or saltwater. UV inhibitors prevent yellowing and deterioration from sunlight to help maintain a clean, professional appearance. This heavy-duty profile has a full backing for strength and lasting endurance. Mounting screws sold separately.

The Full Face Profile is ideal in larger applications for extra strength and security against damage.

    I use this product at the end of my dock to prevent scratches and scrapes on my boat. The product was very stiff out of the box. I had to let it sit in the sun for several hours to become flexible for application. Things that are great about it is that it works great! My son came into the dock a bit too fast and hit the pier. NO DAMAGE !!! Without this product, I would have been heading out for fiberglass repair.

    Most of the reviews mention installation issues. Once you are able to unroll from the box, the top edges remain wavy and can't be bolted down flat (even at very short screw intervals). Experienced dock builders looked at me like I was crazy to want to install this stuff. Looks terrible and is a tripping hazzard. Can't comment on how well it works, never got that far. I'll be looking to return if I can.

        First thing after taking this out of the box is to unwind it and let it sit in the sun for a couple days. VERY IMPORTANT.
        Sturdy design and looks good on our new dock. No worry when a boat docks up for a visit.
        This is a repeat order, I had the same thing on my old dock that lasted at least 12 years.

              This product looks great once installed. The only problem that I encountered was that the bumpers retained a lot of the memory [...]. But once it was allowed to relax in the heat of the sun it was much easier to work with. The black bumpers really spice up the looks of our dock.

                  This bumper material is great, I would and will order it again due to it's durability. My only negative point is the difficulty installing it. Because it is shipped rolled up... it takes some time to lay it out with something applied on top holding it flat for a couple days prior. It also required extra help holding it in place, opening up & allowing the edges to be secured. This was installed on a 30' aluminum dock extension and held in place with 3/4" X 1/8" aluminum strips & rivets... top/bottom. We have boats exceeding 60' in length, so additional holding is neccessary... great product!
