Directions written wrong. Wrong bolts included. Had to go to hardware store to get proper bolts.Wasted a lot of time getting it right. MADE IN CHINA.

The step mounting bolts are very soft. I failed two of them tightning them with a screw gun.
The "J" hook holes are not correctly located. The ladder will not fit flat to the dock. I had to elongate the holes to make it fit properly.
Overall appearance of the ladder is excellent.
