Comments about Danner® Pronghorn GTX® Hunting Boot, 800g Thinsulate™ Ultra, 68 oz.:
I bought these boots and they were comfortable out of the box. Hunted in extreme cold to spring gobblers. Wore these boots to work on construction jobs.Basically i wore and abused these boots for 5years and stayed warm and dry til the fifth year of abuse. if i had used them strictly for hunting i am confident they would have lasted for several years..

Comments about Danner® Pronghorn GTX® Hunting Boot, 800g Thinsulate™ Ultra, 68 oz.:
The moment I tried on these boots, I new they were the ones to buy. Ive used them on hunting trips to Utah and the Calif. mountains. They go on smooth and after walking miles my feet feel pretty good. They feel very light weight and the traction is also good. I haven't used them much in the snow, but they kept my feet warm on the cold mornings. I would highly recommend these boots.

Comments about Danner® Pronghorn GTX® Hunting Boot, 800g Thinsulate™ Ultra, 68 oz.:
boots are about one year old, used for 12 days of rough terrain hunting in wy on elk hunt and used for several months in mountain country of va bear hunting, shed hunting and now a week's worth of turkey hunting; i will have to say if they start leaking at two years old like i've heard i will be disappointed, but so far they have been the best i've used and haven't started leaking

Comments about Danner® Pronghorn GTX® Hunting Boot, 800g Thinsulate™ Ultra, 68 oz.:
use for moose and deer hunting only. they are light-weight and offer good ankle support.1000g of thinsulate. the boots are now 4 yrs old and began to leak in only the second yr of use. i bought the boots on a product recommendation and am now greatly disappointed. my older and less expensive boots outperformed the danner's.
