Crafted with the help of two career Army officers from Fort Lewis, Washington, the American-made Fort Lewis Insulated Work Boot is *FORSCOM-approved and loaded with all the features a warrior or law enforcement professional needs. The full-grain leather upper can be easily polished and is preferred by those in uniform and on special tactical teams due to its durability and ability to be cleaned quickly. The 100% waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX liner is engineered to keep your feet dry and comfortable, even in extreme conditions. The boot is packed with 200 grams of Thinsulate insulation for ample warmth without excess weight. Danner’s handcrafted stitch-down construction provides a wider platform for increased stability underfoot. This process makes the boot re-craftable in Danner’s Portland, Oregon factory. The fiberglass shank offers added support where it’s needed most, and the heel yields superior shock absorption. Specifically designed for comfort and durability, the Vibram Kletterlift compound outsole guarantees great traction and stability on both wet and dry surfaces. The lace-to-toe front closure ensures a secure, personalized fit. 10” shaft height. Weight: 4 lbs. 10 oz. Available in D and EE widths. Made in the USA.
