Product DescriptionPushing the boundaries of the baitcaster design, the T3 series of reels features improved casting ability, lightness, and smoothness of revolution, to deliver more sensitivity, control, and power. T-Wing system and Zaion construction has vastly improved the body, giving the reel a low profile, designed to ergonomically fit the palm of your hand. Thumb position on top of the reel features a non-slip coated grip to avoid any power loss or control. Daiwa's swept handle design brings the reel's cranking handle closer to the reel's center of balance, allowing for increased balance, power, comfort, and control. Star drag has been swept in to bring the center of gravity closer, allowing for greater balance and easier adjustment.
Real Engine starts smoothly, minimizes loss of power transmission, and achieves smooth rotation. Real Control features a combination of T-Wing, Magforce 3D, and Swept Handle to deliver easy handling; minimal line trouble; and longer, more accurate casting. Magforce 3D system casts longer, smoother, and more accurately. Spring-loaded inductor rotor shifts varies the strength of the magnetic field by shifting the magnets in the side plate. Zaion, composed of carbon resin and long carbon fibres, is light, strong, corrosion-resistant, and transmits vibration through the reel more efficiently than other materials. T-Wing System allows line to exit with no angle by eliminating the traditional line guide, resulting in smooth line discharge and elimination of friction, noise, or line wear.
