Comments about Daiwa Lexa High-Capacity Baitcasting Reel, LEXA100H:

I bought two of these reels on sale for the price of one. Lot of reel for the buck. Super smooth and casts a mile. Works great with light line throwing crankbaits. The thing that keeps it from get five stars is it eight lbs. of drag. Although I haven't need it yet, I go with the larger models for fishing heavy line and heavy cover.

Comments about Daiwa Lexa High-Capacity Baitcasting Reel, LEXA100H:

I used the Lexa in a tournament a few weeks back and it preformed great! I ended up only using that reel. I used 12lb Berkeley vanish fluorocarbon with a variety of shallow to mid depth range crank baits. I paired it up with a 6'6" medium heavy rod and it worked wonders. The real itself felt great and when a fish bit I easliy got it to the boat with no problems. This rod is great for its price and good for a mid level fisherman. It's not the best reel but it's pretty close...
