Best Uses

The Titan is a great compromise to a std 22. I was fine tuning at 50 & 75 yards within 50-60 shots and still punching through plastic bucket target. The Nitro Piston is a huge plus vs. Springer's as you can leave it "ready to shoot" for hours. Excellent for farm use. The 950 fpm was a big seller. Regarding accuracy I find best results with Crosman Pellets. Great Rifle! You won't be disappointed.

first high powered air rifle. have had a couple cheapie b.b. guns, but this is no toy. bought it to shoot pests in yard, currently just sighting in as i just bought it yesterday. i have zeroed scope at 25 yards with about 100 pellets. very happy with the one inch grouping as i am by no means a marksman and not incredibly experienced with firearms. at 50 yards now and seeing pellet dropping about 3 inches with no adjustment to scope. so if im zeroed in at 20 yards and see a rabbit at 50, im gonna hit 3 inches low. i dont like that. the scope is not as clear at that distance either. i am definately getting another scope. its good at close range though. using benjamin discovery lead pellets 14.3 grain. $15 for 500 count at gander. will try differentpellets next. if i cant get accurate at 50 yards i will buy the phantom i wanted in the first place for longer shots, and use this for close up kills. gun feels good too. holding it shooting it cocking it. not unbalanced or too heavy.
