This was a replacement cover for another brand that was not watertight. My boat is a 19.5' Deep Vee I/O. This cover's material, color, price and the fact that it included the tie down straps were what I liked (Overton's free shipping promotion was also nice). This cover is made in China. Overton's rep recommened buying the cover a little longer than my boat's centerline length. I did and was pleased with the fit. An earlier review warned about the lack of instructions. I thought "how hard can it be to figure out how to install a boat cover - right?" In this case there are a set of straps that go on top an a set of straps that secure the sides. Sorting them out takes a little time, but is not difficult. This cover lacks tie down straps on the back corners. I added these. So far it has not leaked.

      This cover is exactly what it is advertised to be. Fit/dimensions were just as described. I bought a 20"6" cover for a 19'6" boat and the cover is about 1 foot too long, but it will cover the added swim platform. I highly recomend this cover.
