Comments about Columbia Women's San Gil Omni-Tech Mid Hiking Boot:
Finally a pair of boots that won't fall apart on me after I put some miles on them! I spent a summer in Rocky Mountian National Park and these boots took me up 15 mountains and over 160 miles of rough terrain, wet, dry or muddy (we're talking mud up to your ankles here). My feet never hurt or got wet. They're a bit dinged up now, but still look good enough to wear around.
The only issue I found is the laces, they have to be double knotted or they will come undone because they're slippery.
