          I had the same issue as the other buyer. The boots fit really well and were comfortable BUT after a few hours of tubing my ankles became sore. Continued to be sore for several days. There is a plastic form inside the is too shaped around the top of the foot/ankle area. I have some jars inside to the boots to "stretch" the plastic out. I don't think it will work, since it seems to be a very hard, mold form plastic.

          Returned the 1st pair of Women's Bugaboot Plus XTM Omni-Heat Boots because the ankle area of each boot had an uncomfortable indent on each side which I thought was a defect in the pair that I received. The exchanged pair still had the indent, but not as bad, so I kept the boots for my ski trip the day after I received them. Unfortunately, the ankle indents became increasingly uncomfortable after only an hour of wear. I believe it is too late to return this 2nd pair after several hours of wear, so I'm trying to stretch both ankle areas by inserting canister-shaped objects in the boots. Again, the boots look great, but the ankle discomfort from the boot is not worth the warmth they provide.
