Comments about Ice Armor Clam IceArmor™ Mitts:
I bought these mitts for running in temperatures well below zero. In all my years of running outdoors in winter, I never found a glove or mitt that could keep my fingers toasty until the Clam IceArmor Mitts. These are amazing - my fingers (and tips) stay warm without getting too hot and sweaty. I enthusiastically recommend them for anyone needing very cold weather hand protection!

Comments about Ice Armor Clam IceArmor™ Mitts:
Use these for my outdoor use and they are very warm. and outer shell is water resistant.
I use them primarily for snow removal. In -2F using an old snowblower for a few hrs. hands never got cold and no I don't have heated grips.
I'd like to give these 5 stars but one seam inside the glove is parting a little, but they do keep your hands dang warm. And the outter shell is really durable.

A:
I don't know what specifically a snowmobile mitten is but these would fit the bill if you are looking for warmth and protection over a long period of time in extreme weather! My average daily run is 2.5 hours and my hands are warm from beginning to end.Answered on 12/17/2010 by Lisa the runner from Mankato, MN
