I needed a good winter coat for being outside in Western NY winters (be it shoveling snow or just walking up to the mail box).

This Coat preforms beautifully! It's toasty warm on its own but if you feel the need to layer up go right ahead this baby will trap in the extra insulation just fine. I will say that the elastic cuffs and waist are the best I've seen on a coat, this will not let cold air in.

The only big hang up I have is the collar, because of the extra room in the shoulder and chest area air can easily get in and give you a bit of a chill. Easily solvable with a scarf or a high collared top underneath.

          It shipped super fast. I placed my order and 2 days later it was here. The only downside to this coat is that before I even got it on I had to unzip the zipper and it caught in several places. I am hoping that once it is washed and loses some of it's stiffness the zipper will work fine.
