Comments about Carhartt Women's Sandstone Detroit Jacket/Sherpa Lined (Style #WJ097):
I really like the fit of this jacket. I wear it all the time. I bought this coat in Vintage Rose. Love the color, I was so tired of the same old colors. I wish they would make this coat in the Faded Petal color. I plan on getting several other colors of this coat.. I am very happy with my jacket.

This was a gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, I will be returning it. It was not at all what she expected in a woman's fit. Very large and bulky through the shoulders.

Comments about Carhartt Women's Sandstone Detroit Jacket/Sherpa Lined (Style #WJ097):
Love this coat, I've had mine for over a year now. The only complaint I have is that it seems to be on the short side. I had a men's detriot jacket in a L, that was the perfect lenght, but was much to bulky in the midsection. I have an XL in the women's coat, and a L in the zip up hoodie. I can wear the hoodie underneath the coat, and it sticks out about 2 inches. They look good together, but it's not very practical for working in. I'm an hour glass shape and a bit longer waisted, so maybe its just me. It seems to ride up in the back. I also have the carhartt boot-cut, traditional fit work jeans, which fit perfectly. Everything I have bought from carhartt is great quality. They wear and wash exceptionally well. If you want a coat that will look great, fit great, and last for years, this is for you. It's about time the womens clothes fit like womens clothes, but stand up the abuse of mens workwear. I dont like to spend alot of money on clothes, but the carhartt womens work wear is the best purchase I have ever made. Definitly take a look at the work jeans too! Try them on, and you'll fall in love! I was so sick of buying $20 pants that fit horrible and wore out too quickly. My carhartt jeans are my go-to for everything. I dont mind paying the price knowing that I will still be wearing them a year later! I work for a water well drilling company and good quality, high wearing, stain resistant clothes are a must in the field and on the rig!
