Q:Will this product keep you warm with temps at 30 degrees. Looking for something in the winter months for fishing inland water ways. also it water proof during rains.

A:I live in Northern MN, and wear mine while ice fishing in temps down to -30F, plowing snow on a tractor with no cab, and doing farm chores. They are very warm, many times I find myself removing my jacket if doing something strenuous or I get overheated. In 30 degree temps, they might actually be TOO warm.
As for waterproof....I can't personally say, they're made of a heavy canvas type material, so you could spray them with a water repellent.Answered on 12/7/2010 by Chickenhauler from Rutledge MN
A:I bought these last year for ice fishing during the sale. I can not say enough good things about them. They are amazing, I just wear a pair of long johns and jeans under them and I am good to go. Kneeling next to a hole jigging or walking around never got cold once. If you are a bigger guy like I am make sure that you wear a base layer to keep the sweat off of you.
