Works fine

Comments about Camp Chef Wireless Thermometer, LTRM:

I bought this to use with my smoker. I checked the temp by boiling water and it was right on. I feed the wire out the back vent of the smoker and then attach to the base unit, then just keep the monitor with me in the house. The only drawback so far is that the prob is pretty long. That works well on large cuts of meat. It might be a problem if the cut is smaller.

Comments about Camp Chef Wireless Thermometer, LTRM:

Tried to use w/last nite's meal. Worked briefly, then "HH" indication came on and would not go away. Instructions say "HH" indicates above 472 degrees F.
"Remove and let cool below 472 degrees". I have done all that, and no go.
