This quality recoil-reducing rest is built around a precision shooting platform with 22" of adjustment, so it will fit most rifles and shotguns. The rest features fine windage and elevation adjustments to help you key in on your target. Weight is dispersed through the unique baffle and tray system, and a rear elevation collar allows you to make elevation corrections while staying in the optimal shooting position. The stock-stabilizer rear bag prevents stock shifts between shots.

        Worked great! Used it to zero in slug gun and muzzle loader. Used less shots to zero guns w/sled than I ever have. Will save a fortune in ammo costs and time. Didn't have bags of shot for weights. Used ratchet straps to secure to the table.

              A:

              Yes you can adjust the forearm part of the rest from side to side for windage. The part where the butt of the rifle rests does not adjust from side to side. There are several adjustments to level the lead sled and raise and lower the rifle.

              no it comes just like the picture only disassembled... um you can get the bags of shot right at the store... its only shotgun shell reloading shot... actually i never had to use lead with my paps 30-30... i hope this helped.
