Although it was developed for use with security forces, CZ's vz. 61Skorpion was adopted by the Czechoslovakian Army in 1961 as a sidearm for vehicle drivers, armored vehicle personnel, and special forces. In addition to being featured in many of today's popular video games, the VZ 61 Skorpion is currently in service with numerous military units, and police agencies around the globe. The Skorpion's compact dimensions were achieved by using a telescopic bolt assembly that wraps around a considerable portion of the barrel. The semi-auto version of the Skorpion is classified as a handgun and does not include the folding stock. This single-action pistol features a fixed post front sight with an adjustable rear sight and a 2-position safety and includes one 10-round magazine, two 20-round magazines, the original factory nylon holster, the original factory double magazine pouch, and the original factory hard case. Its grips, metal, and bore are all in very good condition.
