Slide-in-frame design for better recoil control
Smooth double action and crisp single action
Ergonomic grip and controls
Decocking lever for hammer down carry
Designed in 1975, the CZ 75 is the flagship model of the CZ handgun line with over one million produced. The 75 B features a steel frame, a black polycoat finish, 3 dot sights, and, of course, the ergonomics and DA/SA action that have made it the most copied handgun design second only to the 1911. The 75 utilizes the short recoil principle of operation along with a tilt barrel and radial locking lugs. The BD designation is a decocker version of the basic CZ 75 B model. The decocking lever mounted on the left side allows the hammer to be easily lowered on a loaded chamber for a safe, hammer down carry.
