cva Equipped with a 24" blued steel barrel, the Wolf 209 is lightweight and easy to maneuver without compromising on quality construction. Patented Quick-Release Breech Plug is the only true "tool-free removal" breech plug. Even after 20 or more shots, it comes out with just a twist. This gun features an ambidextrous solid composite stock, reversible hammer spur, and CrushZone Recoil Pad. Comes complete with rifle, DuraSight mounts, mounted and bore sighted 3-9x 32 KONUS scope, and soft case (color and type of case may vary slightly). Limited lifetime warranty. 39"L overall. Weighs 6.25 lbs. Camouflage stock. 24" blued barrel. Soft case may vary from one pictured.

      So far this gun is outstanding. This muzzleloader has surpassed all other muzzleloaders I have shot or owned. The breach plug makes this gun extremely easy to clean. Besides all the skeptics out there that say that black powder rifles are hard to clean, take that with a grain of salt because this gun is extremely easy to clean. The 26inch barrel makes this gun a perfect bush gun because it allows you to maneuver effortlessly. Despite the short barrel you CAN make a 200 yard shot with this rifle, with a little practice it's not hard at all. All in all this is one of the best hunting rifles I own.

                I was able to obtain a 1" group at 100 yrds using sandbags and not being the most experienced shooter. I shot 295 grains powerbelt aerotip with two Triple 7 magnum pellets. I have not had the opportunity yet to try it out beyond 100 yrds.
                Rifle sights were not included with my Scoped rifle package, the barrel does have drilled/tapped rifle-sights mounting holes.
