A bit clumsey
The Pivot of the mirror up and down requires that it be almost completly loosend to move. The teeth design makes it a bit challenign to move up and down.

Comments about CIPA-USA CIPA Comp™ Mirror With Windshield Mount:
Bought the mirror ... as the wide screen frame on my Maxum would not accept other options.
It is a great mirror for field of view.
The problem is the fixing screw .... this is a plastic threaded knob ... which easily ends up with damaged thread as it is screwing into an aluminium threaded hole.
Also as it tightens it makes the contact paint at the rear to be only the plastic screw... easily dislodged.
Be far better if the 'u shaped' channel actually tightened up, clamping onto screen frame.
I replaced screw twice ... after 3rd failure I modified fitting myself.
However the mirror itself is first class.

Comments about CIPA-USA CIPA Comp™ Mirror With Windshield Mount:
This is a great mirror that attached securely. I've tried a suction cup mount mirror before and hated when they popped off! This one never comes loose or rattles even when crossing heavy chop in my 20' bow rider ski boat. My only con is its large size. It is probably better suited to a larger boat or at least a bigger windshield. It was difficult to see around and I found myself standing to look over the top frequently.

Comments about CIPA-USA CIPA Comp™ Mirror With Windshield Mount:
We love this mirror. We had a smaller mirror previously and thought it was fine until...we ordered this mirrror. It is larger, sturdier and you can see everything behind you. It's awesome. And of course the free shipping is just a plus.
