Great product for the price. There is slight distortion around the edges of the mirror, but that's to be expected with a curved mirror. It works great for monitoring people who are being towed, as well as keeping an eye on who's behind you when the waterways get congested.

Maybe it was because I have to mount it above the windshield, I don't know. I love the mirror, but the mount to the windshield broke before the end of it's first season. To spite that, I may buy another just like it, but I can't go so far as to 'recommend' it.

Comments about CIPA-USA CIPA Boating Safety Mirror:
This mirror was easy to install on the windshield and provided a great depth of view behind the boat. Tired of constantly turning around when towing people on the tube or wakeboard, I bought this mirror so I could be lazy. It helped a lot. Not only could I see directly behind, I could see outside the wake, giving the chance for me to be even more "lazy."
