Comments about Byer of Maine Byer Paradiso Double Hammock, Terra Cotta:

I had terrible back pain from a disk problem, and I also have scoliosis. I did a lot of research into alternative beds, and I came across using a hammock as your bed; people in South America have been doing it for thousands of years!

This hammock is really durable, it's beautifully made, and I sleep comfortably in it every night. I am 5'8" which is why I wanted the double, for the extra fabric, but the only downside to it being a double-hammock is that your anchor points need to be further apart than with a single hammock. I have mine hung from my ceiling joists about 12-13' apart.

I love it and I will never go back to using a regular bed.
