    I've used the same scope on multiple rifles with great accuracy, easy zero. Gave it to my son for his first rifle because I thought I wanted a different bigger one. I swapped him back for it after trying to zero the new one.

    I've had this scope for years and never treated it gently yet it held accuracy, still to this day. *One shot = One Kill*

    Well, I would like to keep this post positive, but Ill be honest. My first experience with the scope was not so good. I purchased the scope and 3 days later went to fine tune it after it was mounted and bore sighted professionally. I was 2.5' low at 100 yards. Once I made the proper adjustments, I was 2" low, but I had no more elevation left to adjust. Come to find out, the scope itself was bad and the elevation and windage were not true adjustments. By that I mean, moving the windage would adjust to the right and up at the same time, while moving the elevation would only move the crosshairs every other click or so. Got the scope swapped out and remounted and bore sighted, so we will see how it goes. I will hopefully have better luck with this one. I better get one hell of a deer this year to make up for it! haha

      Purchased this scope for a recently purchased Savage Mark II .22 rifle. I have trained my four grandchildren in target shooting with an RWS pellet rifle and now would like to transition them into the .22 rimfire. The Bushnell Banner is a perfect little scope. I have owned several of them in the past. It is very clear and I appreciate that it came with the front and rear lens covers and I didn't have to run to the local sporting goods store and buy a set. I don't think you could go wrong with this purchase!

        I purchased this scope the weekend before Illinois' first firearm deer season. I took it out of the box and put it on my Remington 870. I put my boresite in my gun and adjusted the scope accordingly. Three shots later and i was driving tacks at 75 yds. I was able to bag a nice 8 pt buck the following weekend with this setup.

              My second bushnell scope. My first was a sportview that lasted 28 years. I have had this scope on my 30.06 for about 8-10 years. Shot hundreds of rounds and many deer at all ranges out to 300 plus yards no issues at all.

                    Well here we go. I reviewed this scope last year and things didnt go so well with that one. Got the scope just before hunting season and it took me 20 shots at $3 a pop to get it hitting paper, and thats after a bore sight[...] So I brought the scope back after I couldnt adjust the elevation any further and it was still shooting low and they replaced it. The cross hairs were faulty and were not taking the adjustments. I just graduated college and cannot afford nor have a need for a [$] scope, so I settled for an exchage. I put the new one on, bore sigted it, sighted it in with 3 shots and done. Dead on at 100 yards on a Mossberg 500 12ga. After hunting the whole season, banging it around and so on, I took a shot at a doe at 82 yards and dropped it. Held its center.I have been having trouble with my .22 scope holding its zero (BSA .22 special) so I decided I would replace that with on of these while they were on sale at Gander[...], thats a deal! Well I mounted it on my .22, didnt even bore sight it, started at 25 yards and was 3 inches right of center, made my adjustments and no Im dead center at 50 yards with a Remington 597. I can group all 10 shots in a 1 inch square at 50 yards, thats awesome!To continue my long drawn out review, I now own a CVA Electra muzzleloader in which, again, I purchased the same 3-9x40 Bushnell banner (now my third one) and mounted it on that. I have yet to sight that one in so I can review it yet, but given I dont get a dud or defective unit, I have faith it will do the job.In conclusion, I had a sour experience with my first one, but the rest I have owned so far have been great! For the price ($65 for 2 of the 3 i own)you cannot get a better scope. They also come with the Butler Creek Scope caps which are [$] a piece right there, but those things are a god send. I will never own a scope without them installed from this day forward. It could be pooring rain outside or even covered in snow, but the minute you pop those caps open, clear as day.Thanks Bushnell for a great product.
