      bought for muzzleloader,bought a 3x9 banner years ago and its been great,be hard to find a better value,i could do without the flip up caps..they get in the way if u use see thru mounts

      Bought this to use on a Ruger mini 14 ranch rifle (which is made to mount a scope on). The problem is that the scope adjusting caps are too bulky and stick out too far from the scope. Ejected brass will occasionally hit the horizontal adjustment cap. After having the scope on the rifle for two weeks, one of the cross hairs are slightly tilted. Now the real test will be to see how the manufacturer and customer service handles this issue. I will try to update this review at a later date with the rest of the story.

        Already have one on my muzzleloader and like it better than one of my "high end" scopes so, bought this one for my trusty old shotgun. Great features and even better value. I am a hardcore bad weather hunter and I am not in the least disappointed by this scope in the worst of WNY winter weather.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
