Product Description
bushmaster One of Bushmaster's most popular Carbine models, the M4 type features a distinctive military barrel profile and a six position telestock that makes it great for 3 gun match shooting, home defense and law Enforcement use. The Bushmaster A2 & A3 Type Patrolman's Carbines are modeled after the M4 Carbines, but with additional barrel length to make them legal for sale to individuals. The 5.56mm/.223 Rem. caliber 16" barrel is chrome lined in both bore and chamber for long wear life and ease of maintenance. For control of muzzle flash and muzzle rise in rapid fire, a "birdcage" type suppressor is factory installed. A mil. spec. manganese phosphate outer coating insures protection against corrosion or rust on the barrel and all critical steel parts of the weapon.

Comments about Bushmaster Patrolman Carbine Centerfire Rifle:

The M4 or in some terms the AR-15. This Bushmaster is a great gun to have to go to the range with. The .223/5.56 is a great round for people that don't want a big round. In all it is a great gun.

Comments about Bushmaster Patrolman Carbine Centerfire Rifle:

This rifle is light, well built and has the modular ability of the ar-15. It is fairly cheap (I bought mine clearance due to a minor scuff on the lower receiver) Cons- it can take some serious time to clean it(typical ar-15(to some, like me, I think of this as a pro)), it comes with a standard plastic fore end instead of a rail or a modular system like the smith and wessons. It has a fixed front post sight/gas block, which for me is an inconvenience as I need to add an aimpoint I have yet I do not want to pay to get the gas block changed. Overall, this is a good rifle, and I plan on keeping mine for the rest of my life. I think I may have been happier with the Smith I was looking at, however this one was cheap enough that to get the same components that are on the smiths the total price will cost less(and look a lot cooler in Od Green). Well worth it if you can get it on sale. I love my Bushy!

Comments about Bushmaster Patrolman Carbine Centerfire Rifle:

I set up a 25 yard targer test fire 3 shots to move the windage to the right, test fire a few more times till the rear sight was slam all the way to right, I still needed about 2" for the bulls eye,bur I had notting to work with and they call this a Bushmaster.
