    Comments about Burris 2 - 7 x 32 Handgun Scope:

I mounted the scope on my Ruger Super Redhawk 44 mag. It took very few rounds to get it sighted in. The scope appears to be very rugged. I'm very pleased with this scope.

      Comments about Burris 2 - 7 x 32 Handgun Scope:

I mounted this on a Russian M44 carbine. The mount it is mated to is custom and done right. 11"+ eye relief is accurate. My eye is approx. 14 3/4" from the eyepiece, and I know from previous setups that is is capable up to 16 or 17+. This scope is crystal clear, bright, and holds up to recoil well. If you don't know what the 54r round is like, just think 30.-06. This leads me to believe it will hold up to magnum fire and muzzle rise. You pay a price for this scope. But, I researched them all and this was "the" one. I can keep both eyes open, look at a target 50-300 yards away, bring my rifle from my side to my shoulder and immediately be on target(on 2x mag). 2-7x magnification, very versatile. Many think that putting a scope of this price on a hundred dollar gun is stupid, but it was my first high caliber weapon. It also goes to show that this scope can hold up to massive recoil and muzzle rise. The fact that I can shoot 1 1/4 " groups with 60 year old factory ammo through a war relic at 100 yards proves that this WILL mate well with a high caliber handgun/scout hunting application.I only have a year of shooting experience and do not know how paralax is measured, or if it occurs with this scope. I believe that for close range handgun use, this scope is seemingly unbeatable just due to the build, versatility. [...]

        Comments about Burris 2 - 7 x 32 Handgun Scope:

First of all this is the clearest pistol scope I have owned to date and I would have given it 5 stars But I will explain why... Right out of the box this scope looked good except when I turned the magnification up to a higher setting it got very blury.. I called Burris up and they told me not to take it back where I bought from to send it to them. They sent me a box with a shipping label and within 2wks I had it back on the Savage Super Striker .223, wreaking havoc on those ground hogs.... Their customer service were super nice and easy to talk too. The scope looks like it has never been touch by a technician... AND boy is this scope bright and clear..I have owned just about every brand of scope in this price range. THIS one out shines them all...

Is this scope a good match for S&W's 460? I've had problems finding a scope that I can get a "FULL" view at arms length. Will this scope fix this problem?
