for the price this call is the best i have ever had. It works great, its easy to tune. Its also easy to blow. The geese seem to be fooled. For the price you cant beat it. I hunt in a feild surounded by woods and there was little to no echo. I would recomend this call to anyone that wants a great non expensive goose call. All Buck gardner calls are great.

This is my 3rd goose call, 2nd best one I've had. This will call out a long ways, since it's a short reed. However, it isn't quite as easy to use as some others (Pit Boss, same price as this one, is great). The total amount of calls you can make is slightly limited, and it is almost too easy to make your goose call sound like one long, low to high continuous noise, instead of the long low, then short high note. (I've hunted over 40 days this year already)

Comments about Buck Gardner Champion Series Canada Hammer II Goose Call:
Well the first thing about this call is you don't blow. Inhale and magically and mystically you sound like a big Canada. Different yes but it works.

Comments about Buck Gardner Champion Series Canada Hammer II Goose Call:
Just an amazing call, it takes some practice to get ahold of, but the more you use it the more you break it in and after a week i had this call sounding better than any call i have. A friend of mine owns a very expensive goose call and after hunting with him one day this call had him going to gander to get one!

Q:
WHICH CALL IS BETTER BUCK GARDNER HAMMER 2 OR ZINK POWER CLUCKERAsked on 3/24/2010 by GOOSE MAN 101 from GA2 answers
A:
ZinkAnswered on 12/25/2010 by Quacker Wacker from Lubbock, TXA:
I have used both of these calls and its a very close race but i would say the canada hammer II takes the race. At first, the power clucker may seem like the easier better blowing call to use, but after a couple days of breaking in, the canada hammer really comes to life and you will do things that will amaze you and the geese right before you drop em!Answered on 12/27/2010 by Nate from Fort Atkinson, WI
