Known for being one of the the first over and under shotguns on the market as well as the final firearm to be designed John Browning, the Superposed was highly innovative at its release and built to a standard that sets it apart even today. The Superposed's single mechanical trigger is finely tuned to prevent balking and doubling. The barrel-selector is incorporated in the sliding tang safety for easy access. The Lightning model features a rounded pistol grip that offers a more open grip than full pistol grip designs, giving many shooters a slight speed-to-shoulder advantage. This 1968-manufactured shotgun features ejectors, a beavertail forearm, white bead and red bead sights, skeet chokes, and a factory recoil pad. Its wood is in good condition and its metal and bore are in very good condition.
