Comments about BioLogic Chicory Additive, 1 lb.:

I have planted chicory in food plots for years. I have had amazing results, but not from this product. The plant is marketed as being good for areas with low amounts of rain, which is true, but that is assuming you can establish it well. One of the food plots that I established over 5 years ago is still thick with chicory and the deer love it. Perhaps I just recieved a bad batch of seed. I have nothing against Biologic, but understand that you run risks when buying mass-produced seed. If you really want a plant that will attract deer and does not need to be planted every year, try planting some things that are native to your area. Don't read labels, do your own research. Find out what species have evolved to thrive in your area and plant those types. In the long run you will save time and money. Better yet, you will have more time to spend in the field hunting.
