          I use 15# and 20# moss green in the local river system and never had my line break. I have had some realy big northern hit hard and run fast on the 15# line and have had 30#barrel swivels break before my line. probably sob par swivels, but still the knots strength is great i recomend using a snell knot for tying direct to hooks it has never let me down. and reomend the trilene knot for swivels. I use the 20# test on a large spinning reel filled to the edge and it has never spooled off other than when i cast andi get good casts, I found that it casts better through larger guides than small thin guides. but when your hunting river pike muskie or cats this line is at the top of my list to use.

            My wife and I use the 50 lb. Big Game monofilament on Penn reels and heavy casting rods to fish for sturgeon. On our last trip we caught 17 lake sturgeon with a couple of them over 70 lbs.. We really put a lot of stress on the line while we are horsing these fish around. Never had a line break. I am sold on Berkeley Big Game line!

              I use this product for trolling on lake Michigan.I don't havethe problem with line twist, that I have had with other monofilament. Very good knot strength when using the trilene knot.
