Product Summary

The Model 1934 was a result of the almost 20 years of evolution, which started in 1915, when designer Tulio Marengoni designed his first semi-automatic pistol for famous Italian gun-making company Beretta. The impressive 1934 was issued to the Italian army up through the 1950's. It's generally well-regarded by its users, noted for its simple, realiable, and sturdy design and quality workmanship. The M34 employs a simple blow-back action with an open top slide and a return spring located below the barrel. Many users appreciate the pistol's last round hold-open design. The barrel is stationary during firing, but can be easily removed for inspection or maintenance. The trigger is single-action and the hammer is exposed. This pistol has been renickled. Its grips are in good condition and its metal and bore are in fair condition.
