This was the my first year to use a hub blind...turns out that i prefer hunting from one now...managed to fill all 5 tags this year with the help of the blind...there were times while sitting in the blind that the deer were so close i could have literally reached out the window and touched them...i managed to harvest the buck in this photo and you can see my blind in the background to the left...it was great being able to get out of the wind on cold mornings and evenings...for the price this product is great and easy to use...

I bought this blind specifically for archery deer hunting with a crossbow based on the window design. I ended up using it in the gun hunt in sleet, freezing rain and snow. I wasnt impressed. The door design is terrible - on a corner with velcro holding the bottom - basically you have to squeeze between the two corners throgh a vertical zipper. Great if your thin, horrible if your a 2XL with winter clothing. Each window has a minimum of one (and some have 2) fasteners BEHIND the carbon support poles making them hard ou undo - especially if frozen. I would be scared of ripping them off if you fastened them over the carbon poles and then folded up to put away. Another poor design feature. The storage bag does not have a full length zipper - just one open end with a drawstring which makes putting it away a pain when it is cold and frozen. This blind offers no advantages over an Ameristep G3 blind, and has several disadvantages - especially the door entrance.

Comments about Barronett Pulse Ground Blind:

Very satisfied with this product. I was a bit nervous about my first ground blind, but I love it so much I just told my cousin to go buy one! I would never go out and spend $300 or $400 on ground blind after buying this one for under $100!
