This was my first crossbow and first item bought from Gander Mountain online. The crossbow package was easy to put together and sight in. However on the fist shot a piece of the scope broke off. The next few shots were on target, but then it started shooting 5" to the right and could not be corrected. I sent an email to Gander Mountain and they promptly sent out a replacement scope. What great service!
