I bought this bow for my 14 yr old daughter. all I added was a 6$ peep site from Gander Mt. We got home, sighted the bow in, within 20 min.s she was shooting 4" groups from 40 yds out. This is a great bow for the price, and to build confidence with the young ones. The let off is great so they can settle and get great shots off. I've shot it myself , and was very surprised how well it shot. Not much vibration and smooth action. I would recommend this bow to anyone.

Great starter bow with the weight and length adjustments. The rest and sites that come with it are as expected for a [$] bow and the arrows are a little heavy. Doesn't come with a peep or string loop. Would be better to have a bare bow option that you could outfit yourself.

        I purchased this bow as a birthday gift for my niece. I had seen it in the store and took her just prior to Christmas to have it set up for her. Wanted to make it special. Unfortunately the store was sold out and ordered it online. It was back ordered and arrived a few days after her birthday. She was estatic to be getting it and understood about the wait. I set it up myself at home and she's already shooting it quite well. A very nice bow for the price.

          This bow was bought for my 10 year-old son. He had never really used a bow before. After a set-up, this bow has been performing very well. It is accurate and very adjustable. He began with a 30 pound draw weight and it can be easily adjusted as he grows and develops. A great purchase at a great price.

            I must say that I bought this bow for my 9 year old and he has been thrilled with it. I got a great deal on it on Gander Mountain online before Christmas and have yet to see it priced anywhere near as cheap anywhere else and I HAVE checked every sporting goods place we have been to. The best part is that we called Gander Mountain and asked a few questions about buying a peep site, adjusting the draw length etc. They instructed us to bring it in. We did just that and within an hour, the guy had adjusted the draw, (so he can now pull it back easily) added the peep site and my first time archer son was pulling it back and shooting on target! He learned so much in less than an hour from this gentleman. I appreciated the real demonstration of why he should Never dry fire.... Definetly an eye opener and hopefully my son will never do that now. All of this was free of charge. My son could not be happier and Momma is happy. It may be a while before he actually kills anything with it. But he is learning to shoot and is pretty good for a beginner. :)
