This product is very good overall. My dog is naturally attracted to the feel of the duck. The size is proportionally very accurate. The only thing i would change is making the knot at the end of the rope bigger, so as not to slip through the rubber ball/stopper. On my 4th or 5th throw, the rope slipped through the rubber ball. I had to add length to the rope and re-tie a large ball knot. It works well now and i hope and plan to get years of use out of it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    I am training my puppy to be a duck dog. She loves retrieving this duck and returning it to me. It is easy to use and easy to throw.
