This Thompson configuration is the most popular firearm from Auto-Ordance, the original manufacturer of the Tommy Gun. The .45 caliber carbine features a 16-1/2" finned barrel with a compensator. The frame and receiver are machined from solid steel. The wood is genuine American walnut. Every Tommy Gun ships with a 30-round stick magazine, a 50-round drum magazine, and a free hard plastic case.

    I have field striped a lot of weapons in my time; but this has to be the **Most Difficualt** to reassemble. Although the spring was easy as was most of it putting the 2 halfs back together was a pain in the rump. I could most likely disassemble and reassemble 10 AR15's and 10 AK's in the time it took me just to put the two halfs back together and a lot of cursing to boot. I am seriously considering **SELLING** mine for that fact alone and if I can find someone that will give me close to what I have in it, I **WILL** most likely sell this puppy
